Privacy Policy

JW Signals sells The WS Playbook and Signal One, and operates a content scheduling tool used solely by the brand operator to publish pre-produced video content across social media platforms. This policy describes what data is collected, how it is stored, and your rights.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive your email, purchase or subscription status, and transaction metadata from Stripe, never your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the payment data it holds directly.

Signal One collects your email and app activity (reps logged, mission progress) via Supabase, used only to run the app and never sold. Your email is also stored in MailerLite if you subscribe to updates or complete a purchase.

When the scheduling tool connects to a social media platform on your behalf, the following data may be stored:

• Platform account identifiers (user ID, channel ID)
• OAuth access tokens used for publishing
• Upload status and post identifiers returned by the platform

The scheduling tool collects no personal data beyond what publishing requires, and no data broker ever receives any of it.

This site uses Google Analytics to count page views and to see which pages send people to the quiz. It records usage events and a coarse location, never your name or address, and the quiz itself is handled by Tally. No advertising pixels and no third-party data brokers are involved.

All data is stored on a private self-hosted server. It is not shared with any third party, sold, or used for any purpose other than publishing content to the connected accounts.

Access tokens are retained until the account connection is removed from the scheduling tool. Post identifiers are retained for scheduling history. You can request deletion of all stored data at any time.

You may request deletion of any data associated with your account by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

Content is published via the official APIs of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
